I discovered my passion for making jewellery while completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts at Concordia University. I was eager to put in 3 more years in the École de Joaillerie de Montréal and at the jewellery program at VCC in Vancouver. After my studies, I worked as a goldsmith at several Vancouver jewellery workshops while also running my own business.

I now divide my time between my family, trade and custom jewellery work and I am also a member of faculty in the Jewellery Art and Design program at VCC in Vancouver. I teach Metal Techniques to 2nd year students.

Teaching has become a passion, I can pass my knowledge but even more importantly I get to witness my students falling in love with this wonderful field. I am currently working on an education diploma at VCC. It is fascinating to understand all the intricate ways that adults learn. The research in education is just endless. It has already helped me tremendously understanding how to transmit information and to be a better instructor.
